Roger started Georgetown Marketing and Sales July 5, 1989 after gaining experience in the buildings industry as a successful manger and eventually VP of Lumberman’s Plastic Division in Grand Rapids, Michigan. A former teacher with Jenison Public Schools, Roger recognized his natural talent for presentations, sales and marketing and best business practices. GTMS has seen great success as an Independent Manufacturer’s Rep Company in the Mid-West region for over 35 years and as a strong family business, Roger will continue to support growth in sales during retirement until his son, Michael begins to take ownership.

Michael has been with Georgetown Marketing and Sales for over 13 years and has established himself as a “Go Getter” in this business. A former teacher (and athletic trainer), he is excited to give full presentations on product in support of our distributors, attend trade shows as needed and market our product lines to the fullest. Michael will be stepping into ownership of GTMS as Roger begins transitioning to retirement and remains a consultant to the business. Keeping strong family values and continuity is extremely important to Michael, who is looking forward to a bright future with Georgetown Marketing.
